I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing the body through my practice and I strive to help patients to maintain their well-being and keep them moving, no matter their age. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them​.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Injuries and physical niggles can have a detrimental effect on our quality of life and can create a lot of stress. From walking the dog to digging in the garden we expect our bodies to perform on demand.
Our muscles perform a postural, supportive and locomotive role and are constantly employed. Everyday life and activities inevitably lead to muscular imbalances, tightness, pain and a reduced range of movement. Sports and Remedial Massage is the manipulation and management of soft tissues and the techniques used are highly effective at reducing pain and restoring correct functioning ability of muscles.​
You do not have to be a sports person to benefit from the treatments offered by MOBO Massage, my clients range from Elite Athletes to weekend walkers.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage is a technique where light pressure is applied to certain parts of the scalp, face, ears, neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, arms and hands to release the stress of everyday life. This treatment can also be used in conjunction with deep tissue massage.
Indian Head Massage can be used to:

RELAXATION THERAPIES
Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style of massage that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension and improves circulation and range of movement.
My aim is to help you relax and allow your body to feel revived and rejuvenated. Swedish Massage is probably the best-known form of relaxation massage.
While relaxation massage is wonderful for you, it is less effective than the deeper styles for changing soft tissue tension. I would recommend Remedial Massage if you are suffering from pain and leave relaxation for when you just want to ... relax!
